Barnaby Pace (he/him) is a senior researcher in CIEL’s Fossil Economy Program. He is based in the UK. His work focuses primarily on the petrochemicals, agrichemicals, and carbon capture & storage.
Before joining CIEL, Barnaby worked as an investigative journalist and as a campaigner at Global Witness investigating corruption, human rights abuses, and environmental abuses in the fossil fuel industries. He has also consulted for NGOs, news agencies and for documentary films.
Barnaby holds a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick.
